Examples of PHP driven sites I've created may be seen below:

• Diabetes Tracker - This is a system to store blood glucose records and glycosated hemoglobin (HbA1c) records, providing an easy-to-read graph and basic statistics. This is an excellent way to help patients visually see the results of their efforts to manage diabetes.
  
  
• Time Card - A timekeeping application which allows multiple users to track their time on various projects and print reports of that time.
  
  
• MapWindow Home Page - The home page of MapWindow GIS, which is fully database driven using PHP.

• MapServe - This is a free and fully web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) solution, allowing users to build and share maps online using their own data.
  
  
• MapWinWeb - This example project demonstrates MapWinWeb, an ASP.Net mapping component built on top of MapWinView components.

• Bayesian Network Viewer - An open-source tool for viewing and working with Bayesian Networks on the web. This was begun by another consultant, and the project was turned over to me.
