WayPoint+ (WayPoint Plus) to Shapefile Converter

This is a standalone program to convert WayPoint+ text format files to ESRI Shapefile format files.

The program will optionally reproject the data from latitude and longitude to a projected coordinate system during conversion. This makes use of MapWinGIS and is released under the GPL.

Complete Installation Package including everything you need as an end user wanting to convert WayPoint+ to SHP.
Binaries Only. This is useful if you already have the .NET Framework 1.1 and the Visual C++ runtime libraries.
Source Code. This includes the VB.NET source code, along with a Visual Studio 2003 project file.
